Ingredients
- Chicken - 150 grams (boneless and skinned)
- Cheese - 25 grams
- Garlic pod - 1 (a big one)
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar / Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt - As needed
- Corn flour / Maida - As required
- Buttermilk / Curd - As required
- Oil - To shallow fry the pieces

.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20talking%20about%20the%20dish,%20it%20has%20a%20crispy%20outer%20layer%20and%20a%20soft%20inner%20chunky%20part%20that%20is%20made%20with%20chicken%20and%20cheese.%20The%20duo%20blends%20well%20and%20gives%20an%20incredibly%20tasty%20outcome.%20I%20have%20used%20minimal%20and%20very%20familiar%20ingredients%20with%20no%20compromise%20on%20taste.%20Many%20recipes%20called%20for%20a%20particular%20varieties%20of%20cheese,%20but%20I%20used%20ordinary%20amul%20cheese%20cubes%20that%20we%20get%20widely%20here%20in%20Indian%20grocery%20and%20dairy%20stores%20and%20it%20still%20tasted%20out%20yum.%20From%20my%20experience%20using%20the%20fleshy%20part%20from%20chicken%20thighs%20will%20make%20the%20nuggets%20even%20more%20juicy%20and%20softer.%20Do%20try%20this%20i'm%20sure%20you'll%20love%20the%20outcome.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EINGREDIENTS%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETotal%20Preparation%20Time%20-%2020%20minutes%20(plus%20overnight%20marinating%20period)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%20nearly%2012%20-%2018%20pieces%20of%20nuggets%20depending%20on%20the%20size%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPREPARATION%20METHOD%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMarination:%20Wash%20chicken%20pieces%20well%20in%20water%20and%20chop%20it%20into%20smaller%20cubes.%20%20Make%20sure%20to%20remove%20any%20skin%20or%20bones%20present.%20Now%20add%20curd%20(plus%20some%20water)%20or%20buttermilk%20and%20mix%20well.%20Place%20in%20the%20chiller%20tray%20in%20refrigerator%20and%20leave%20undisturbed%20a%20whole%20night.%20Next%20day%20remove%20the%20marinated%20chicken%20from%20refrigerator%20and%20set%20aside%20until%20it%20reaches%20room%20temperature,%20then%20drain%20all%20the%20buttermilk%20and%20wash%20well.%20Drain%20water%20completely.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBeat%20egg%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20chicken%20pieces%20to%20a%20blender%20and%20blend%20well%20until%20it%20seems%20smooth.%20(give%20a%20pulse%20type%20grinding%20if%20your%20mixie%20gets%20stuck)%20Then%20cut%20cheese%20into%20smaller%20cubes%20add%20it%20to%20the%20ground%20chicken%20and%20run%20the%20blender%20again%20until%20chicken%20and%20cheese%20gets%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20add%20salt,%20garlic%20pod%20(peeled%20of%20course),%20pepper%20powder,%20salt,%20vinegar,%20soya%20sauce%20and%20a%20tablespoon%20of%20beaten%20egg,%20blend%20again.%20The%20mix%20should%20be%20smooth%20and%20you%20must%20be%20able%20to%20make%20a%20ball%20out%20of%20it.%20See%20that%20the%20mixture%20is%20thick,%20it%20should%20not%20be%20too%20loose,%20if%20so%20add%20some%20more%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20take%20corn%20flour%20and%20bread%20crumbs%20each%20in%20separate%20shallow%20bowls.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20take%20a%20few%20drops%20of%20oil%20and%20grease%20your%20palms%20and%20fingers,%20pick%20a%20small%20portion%20from%20the%20ground%20mix%20and%20shape%20it%20into%20small%20patties%20or%20any%20shapes%20you%20wish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERoll%20it%20in%20flour,%20then%20dip%20in%20beaten%20egg%20and%20%20finally%20coat%20it%20with%20breadcrumbs,%20shake%20off%20excess%20breadcrumbs.%20Place%20on%20a%20wide%20tray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo%20the%20same%20with%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20chicken%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20place%20a%20pan%20on%20flame%20and%20pour%20oil.%20After%20it%20heats%20up%20place%20the%20nuggets%20on%20it%20and%20shallow%20fry.%20Take%20care%20to%20turn%20sides%20gently%20and%20also%20fry%20on%20a%20medium%20flame%20until%20they%20turn%20golden%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20flame%20and%20place%20on%20a%20tissue%20paper%20to%20remove%20excess%20oil.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20hot%20with%20mayo%20(preferably)%20or%20ketchup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETIP%201:%20Buttermilk%20or%20curd%20helps%20to%20tenderize%20chicken%20and%20also%20gives%20a%20better%20flavor.%20If%20you%20do%20not%20have%20buttermilk,%20just%20mix%20the%20chicken%20pieces%20with%20slightly%20sour%20curd.%20An%20overnight%20marination%20will%20give%20you%20tender%20chicken%20pieces%20and%20also%20will%20taste%20good.%20If%20you%20do%20not%20have%20buttermilk%20use%20a%20tablespoon%20of%20vinegar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETIP%202:%20I%20used%20normal%20amul%20cheese,%20you%20can%20use%20any%20unflavored%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETIP%203:%20Cheese%20has%20salt%20in%20it%20so%20be%20careful%20while%20adding%20salt,%20just%20add%20lesser%20than%20you%20usually%20do.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETIP%204:%20I%20used%20homemade%20breadcrumbs%20that%20were%20finer%20in%20texture%20so%20it%20gave%20a%20nice%20crunch%20and%20an%20even%20golden%20brown%20look.%20For%20home%20made%20bread%20crumbs,%20take%20a%20few%20slices%20of%20bread,%20tear%20it%20into%20very%20small%20pieces,%20then%20place%20a%20flat%20pan%20on%20flame%20and%20spread%20the%20torn%20bread.%20Set%20on%20a%20low%20flame%20and%20wait%20for%20a%20few%20minutes,%20then%20turn%20the%20pieces%20and%20switch%20off%20the%20flame.%20Leave%20it%20undisturbed.%20Now%20touch%20the%20bread%20and%20see%20if%20it%20is%20completely%20crisp,%20if%20not%20place%20on%20flame%20for%20a%20few%20more%20minutes.%20Then%20cool%20and%20grind%20
