Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together, dip chicken in mix and then shake in bag of bread crumbs. Brown chicken in butter; place in single layer in 9x13 greased pan. Place mushrooms on top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese next. Chill till ready to bake. Before baking, pour on chicken stock. Cover tightly and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 min. Top with lowfat sour cream.
