  • 4 1/2 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 c. uncooked)
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken, about 8 ounce.
  • 2 (1 pound each) cans cut green beans, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) can Durkee French friend onions

Directions

  1. Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. With spoon, press rice up sides and over bottom to create crust. Combine chicken, beans, lowfat milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions; spoon into rice crust. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered 5 min longer. 6 servings.
