Chicken 'N Dressing Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 or possibly 8 ounce.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 c. chicken broth 2 well beaten Large eggs

2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken 1/2 c. lowfat milk 2 tbsp. minced pimentos

Directions

1. Toss stuffing with 1/2 can of the soup, the broth and Large eggs. Spread in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; top with chicken. Combine remaining soup with lowfat milk and pimento; pour over all. Cover with foil; bake at 350, 45 min or possibly till set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
