Ingredients
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms,
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. chicken broth (Or possibly soup stock)
1 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Green onions, minced, for garnish
Directions
Saute/fry mushrooms in butter. Add in to chicken broth with chicken and rice. Cook till rice is puffy and add in lemon juice and green onions before serving. Serves 6-8.
