Chicken Meatballs with Peanut Sauce Recipe

Chicken Meatballs with Peanut Sauce – tender chicken meatballs flavored with cilantro and garlic topped with a peanut sauce and chopped peanuts. Great as an appetizer or main course. I love meatballs!  Doesn’t really matter what kind of meat it is, I just love meatballs.  Coconut Curry Meatballs are so good with the curry sauce. Unfortunately my husband doesn’t share my passion for balls of meat.  I could have Sheet Pan Greek Meatballs pretty much every week and not get sick of them. Not really sure why, what is not to love?
