  1. Combine chicken and French dressing; toss gently. Chill. Soften gelatin in 3/4 c. of chicken broth. Heat remaining broth to the boiling point. Add in softened gelatin; stir till dissolved. Cold gelatin mix till syrupy. Add in celery and pecans to the chicken mix.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, onion, curry pwdr and salt; stir in gelatin. Combine with the chicken mix. Pour into loaf pan greased with mayonnaise. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold and garnish with salad greens, cucumber slices or possibly radishes if you like. Yield: 8-10 servings.
