Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves, cut into quarters
- 3 cans V-8 juice (6 ounce. cans)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry basil
- 1 tbsp. dry oregano
- 1 tbsp. each onion pwdr & garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 10 grates of fresh pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken overnight. Chicken can be barbecued or possibly baked in oven at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
