Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves, cut into quarters
  • 3 cans V-8 juice (6 ounce. cans)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry basil
  • 1 tbsp. dry oregano
  • 1 tbsp. each onion pwdr & garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 grates of fresh pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken overnight. Chicken can be barbecued or possibly baked in oven at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
