Ingredients

  • 3 x onions thinly sliced
  • 4 x apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 x frying chicken cut up

Directions

  1. In 3-qt casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry pwdr. Mix well. Arrange chicken skin down over mix. sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 45 min or possibly cook in a crock pot for 6 hrs on HIGH.
