Ingredients

  • 1 lb Livers, chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. Mustard, Dijon
  • 12 slc Bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Dip chicken livers lightly in mustard. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each, and secure with a toothpick; coat livers with crumbs. Place in a 8" square baking dish; bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
