1 x onion, sliced in wedges
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp curry pwdr
600 gm chicken breast fillets, strips
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. chicken stock

Directions

Heat oil, add in the onion, garlic & curry pwdr. Cook 1-2 mins, add in chicken & cook 4-5 mins. Add in honey, peanut butter & stock. Combine well. Simmer 10-15 mins.
