3 x Chicken breasts with the bone , cut in half
1 pkt Dry onion soup
1 x Glass regular beer
1 x Glass sweet dark beer.

Directions

Put chicken in pan. Stir soup and beers and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer till chicken is cooked through. If it starts drying out just add in a little chicken broth or possibly water. Serve with plain rice.
