  1. Wash and dry cut-up chicken and remove the skin. Heat the butter or possibly put vegetable oil in shallow baking pan. Add in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pcs in the mix, then arrange in a single layer in same pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender and well glazed.
