Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lb venison pounded to 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk or possibly Half and Half Salt and pepper to taste Garlic pwdr to taste Onion pwdr to taste
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

  1. Soak venison in lowfat milk for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with spices and coat with flour. Heat oil in a skillet and brown venison on both sides being careful not to overcook. Use lowfat milk and extra flour to make gravy with the drippings left in the pan.
  2. Note: Slimmers -: It doesn't matter which much but you can use fat free Half and Half.
