  1. Lb. beef to 1/4 inch thickness; cut into serving size pcs. In a bowl mix egg and lowfat milk. Dip meat pcs in egg mix, then in crushed crackers. In a skillet brown meat in warm oil; turn once. Cover; cook over low heat 45 to 60 min. Makes 6 servings.
