Chicken Fillet with Pineapple a-la Chinese Recipe

This is a fast sour-sweet dish in the manner of Chinese food.

  1. Chop garlic. Cut chicken, onions, bell pep into cubes, slice carrots.
  2. Put garlic into heated pan. Add oil. fry a little.
  3. Add chicken. Right after chicken add onions. Fry until chicken get white.
  4. Add pepper and carrots. Fry for 3 minutes stirring gently.
  5. Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar. Fry for 5 mins.
  6. Serve with rice or noodle.

      What about the pIneapple is not mentioned in the directions.
