Eat more chicken. Now that is a motto I can get behind. The Husband often jokes about growing wings at our house because we do eat a lot of chicken and in fact The Daughter and I love Chick-fil-A. . . . . could eat it every day. . . . . but we don’t. . . . . but we sure want to! Here is my homemade version of their yummy chicken sandwich. Give my recipe a try and tell me what you think.

  1. In a bowl combine the flour, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk the egg with water. Begin heating the oil in a skillet at medium heat. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture and then flour mixture thoroughly coating each piece on each side. Place the chicken breast in the hot skillet and fry on each side until the flour coating has turned a crisp golden brown.
