Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 c. half and half or possibly cream
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. green onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry chicken that has been cut into 2 inch chunks. When chicken begins to take on color, add in garlic and green onions.
- Add in remaining ingredients except lemon juice, cover and simmer over low heat till mix thickens and chicken is tender.
- Serve over cooked and liquid removed fettuccine. Sprinkle with lemon juice and additional Parmesan cheese if you like.
