Directions

  1. Place taco chips in bottom of casserole pan. Spread bite sized pcs of boiled chicken over top. Mix broth, soups, chilies, onions, and jalapenos. Pour the mix over chicken and chips. Cover with plastic for microwave or possibly foil for oven. Place in microwave for 20 min on medium high (or possibly in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min covered). Then sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top and cook till cheese is melted. Serve with lowfat sour cream and black olives. This recipe can be frzn and served later.
