Ingredients

  • 1 pkt tortilla chips lightly crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can chili with no beans
  • 4 ounce diced green chilies
  • 1 lrg onion minced
  • 2 c. cooked chicken minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown onion, add in green chilies, chili, soups and chicken. Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with chips. Add in mix and top with cheese. (Or possibly use half of each and create layers.) Bake for 45 min.
  3. Notes: Can be baked and then frzn or possibly frzn, thawed and then baked!! I like to make 2 and freeze one. This is very popular with ALL my kids. I prefer it lowfat milk (for my kids), but if you are used to some fire, you can use 2 cans of the diced green chilies.
