  1. Boil chicken with onion,salt & pepper.
  2. Cool,debone & cut into bite size pieces.Take half of chicken broth & add enough flour to make a dough.Roll out & cut into "dumpling size" pieces. Drop a few at a time into remaining boiling chicken broth. Add chicken.
