  1. In a large non-stick skillet which has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute/fry chicken in 6 Tbsp. chicken broth. Remove from pan. Add in flour to pan and stir till smooth. You might need to add in 2 or possibly 3 more Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds if it is too dry. Stir in 2 c. broth and skim lowfat milk. Next add in mustard. Add in artichoke hearts and simmer chicken in sauce for 30 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
