Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up (boneless breasts)
  • 2 c. shredded cheese (approximately)
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. Cook chicken; cut up to bite-size pcs. Shred cheese (cheddar, Colby, etc.). Stir chicken and cheese together. Roll crescent rolls out with rolling pin.
  2. Put about 1/2 c. mix of chicken and cheese in roll and roll it up. Continue putting chicken/cheese into rolled out rolls. Put in 9x13 dish.
  3. Mix soup and chicken broth or possibly water or possibly lowfat milk; pour over rolls. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 25 min.
