Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken cutlets
  • Sliced ham
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Add in to bread crumbs garlic pwdr, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Roll chicken cutlet inside with ham and Mozzarella cheese sliced. Close with toothpick. Dip chicken in egg; roll in bread crumbs. Fry proportionately in pan till golden.
  2. Also can use cream sauce on top: 1 can of cream of mushroom with water, 1/4 c. white wine, and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Heat; mix together. Pour over chicken. Serve with rice.
