Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 8-10 slices bacon, crispy fried
  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, cut into 8ths
  • 1 hard cooked egg, sliced

Directions

  1. Tear lettuce into bite-size pcs (about 6 c.). Break bacon into large pcs. Just before serving, add in bacon and chicken to lettuce; toss lightly. Garnish with tomato wedges and egg slices. Serve with salad dressing.
