Directions

  1. Heat oil, salt and pepper in deep skillet. Add in cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and sugar. Stir in chicken broth; cook approximately 10 min. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add in to vegetable mix. Stir till mix thickens. Add in meat and heat through. Serve over warm chow mein noodles and small mounds of fluffy white rice. (4 servings.)
  2. This recipe can be used with cooked pork or possibly cooked veal.
