Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 sm. can chili peppers
  • 1 sm. bottle stuffed green olives
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Green onions
  • 9 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 c. sharp cheese
  • Flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Dice cooked breast. Combine and mix soup, chili peppers, green olives, liquid removed and sliced, lowfat sour cream, green onions, shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Take out 2 c.. Put spoonfuls into flour tortillas. Roll and put in greased casserole. Spread 2 c. sauce on top. Sprinkle 2 c. sharp cheese on top. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Also I use black olives.
