  • 6 (1 lb.) cans chick peas
  • 1 pound baked ham, diced
  • 2 pepperoni sausages, minced or possibly thinly sliced
  • 2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 24 boned, skinned chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Combine in large glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for at least an hour. Serves 24.
