Ingredients
- 4 c. cubed, white chicken meat
- 1 c. cashews
- 1 c. halved seedless grapes
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise
- Crisp lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except nuts. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Toss nuts with salad before serving on lettuce leaves. Serve with dinner rolls or possibly muffins.
