Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 (15 and 1/2 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon of already minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese for garnish
