Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, sage, breadcrumbs, chilli, Parmesan, cooked onions and mix well and season.
  2. Take 2 pcs of ham and lay over each other in cross. Take around 170g(6oz)of the chicken mix and pat into a burger shape, placing in the middle of the cross, fold the pcs of ham over into a parcel shape. Cook for 10-12 min on a well heated oiled griddle pan.
  3. To make the chips which AWT cooks with the chicken burger. Cut the peeled potatoes into strips and cook them in oil at 170 C/300 F/gas mark 2 to soften them and then turn up the heat to 190 C/375 F/gas mark 5 and cook till crispy.
