Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning or possibly curry pwdr
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned, cooked
- 3/4 c. bite size crispy rice squares
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages minced broccoli, thawed & liquid removed
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, flour and poultry seasoning; gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in 1 c. cheese; stir till melted. Place broccoli in 10"x6" baking dish. Cover with chicken and sauce, top with crispy rice squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Makes 4 servings.
