  • 4 x Chicken breasts,boned and skinned
  • 4 x Thick bacon slices
  • 1/4 lb Dry beef or possibly 1 can
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Wrap chicken with the bacon. Grease casserole and line with dry beef. Brush with lowfat sour cream. Bake @ 300 degrees for 3 hrs.
