Directions
- Dip the chicken in the Large eggs and then into the mixed breadcrumbs, minced nuts and seasoning.
- Shallow fry the chicken just to crisp the the coating and put it in the oven for 25 min till brown.
- For the sauce:Mix half of the creams and the other ingredients and heat for 15 min.
- Serve with courgetts, butternut squash, and yellow squash.
