Chicken Breast In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 sm Chicken breast fillets
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 10 ml Breadcrumbs
  • 10 x Minced nuts Seasoning Double cream Lowfat sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. Whole grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard Black and white pepper
  • 2 x Dry basil leaves

Directions

  1. Dip the chicken in the Large eggs and then into the mixed breadcrumbs, minced nuts and seasoning.
  2. Shallow fry the chicken just to crisp the the coating and put it in the oven for 25 min till brown.
  3. For the sauce:Mix half of the creams and the other ingredients and heat for 15 min.
  4. Serve with courgetts, butternut squash, and yellow squash.
