Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Season chops and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole. Cover with rice. Mix soup and lowfat milk and pour over the chops and rice, being careful to cover the rice with liquid. Cover tightly. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Chicken soup will be absorbed into chops and rice.
