Ingredients

  • 4-5 deboned chicken breasts
  • 4 ounce. dry beef
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2-3 slices bacon
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Wrap each deboned chicken breast with 1/2 slice bacon. Layer dry beef on bottom of casserole. Place wrapped chicken to top. In bowl mix mushroom soup, lowfat sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hrs, uncovered.
