Ingredients

  • 6 links warm or possibly sweet Italian sausage (cut into pcs)
  • 2 whole lg. chicken breasts (boned and sliced into several pcs)
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 2 peppers, sliced (combination of colors)
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and chicken in a small amount of butter or possibly oil till done. Remove from pan. In same pan, add in chicken stock and sliced peppers and simmer till done, but still crisp. Add in sausage and chicken and pour in heavy cream and stir till well blended and warm. Serve with a rice pilaf.
