Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 pound chicken, cut into pcs
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 28 ounce. can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut into pcs
  • 15 ounce. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounce. pkg. Rainbow Twirls, uncooked
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat butter. Add in chicken, onions and garlic; cook, stirring frequently; till chicken is lightly browned and onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  2. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15-20 min. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss warm pasta with sauce, serve with Parmesan cheese.
