  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can sherry wine
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Arrange the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Don't overlap. Cover with mushrooms. Combine undiluted soup with the sherry and lowfat sour cream in bowl. Stir till blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering. Dust with paprika and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
