Ingredients

  • 4 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 8 drops warm sauce
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 c. mushrooms (can use canned)
  • 2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 links or possibly patties warm sausage, browned
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives

Directions

  1. Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and simmer 30 min. Add in the next 4 ingredients and simmer 5-10 min. Add in the last 2 ingredients. Yield: 10-12 servings. Can be frzn.
