Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 c. minute rice, cooked in 1 c. water
  • 1 box wild rice, cooked and seasoned to taste
  • 1 sm. can pcs and stems or possibly sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 to 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

  1. Stir together prepared minute rice and wild rice. Add in mushroom soup and celery soup. Stir in chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts and celery. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till brown and bubbly.
