Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. instant rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Italian dressing salad mix
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Put rice in square baking dish. Boil 2 1/2 c. water. Add in soup and salad mix; mix well. Pour over rice. Put chicken on top, cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
