Ingredients

  • 2 lrg onions, diced
  • 2 lrg green peppers, diced
  • 1 lrg bag corn chips, crushed
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, sauteed and sliced thin
  • 1 x ---20 ounce can black whole beans, liquid removed
  • 1 x ---16 ounce. jar Green Chili Salsa
  • 1 x ---16 ounce. container lowfat sour cream
  • 2 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the onions and green peppers together. Layer everything into a 2 inch deep casserole dish bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
