Chicken And Gravy Over Ramen Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Chicken Flavored Ramen
  • 3 ounce Chicken, uncooked cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. of Lowfat sour cream Thick Flour water for thickening
  • 2/3 c. of water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. of margarine

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan cook the chicken chunks in 1/2 Tbsp. of margarine till no longer pink, the smaller the chunks the faster it will cook. Add in the 1/2 c. of water to the cooked chicken along with the flavor packet, stir. Cook the ramen noodles (broken up) in a couple of c. of water drain well when done. After the chicken and broth has boiled for awhile add in some flour water (a quater c. of water and a couple of Tbsp. of flour) it will thicken almost immediately. Add in the lowfat sour cream and stir. If too thick add in a little more lowfat sour cream or possibly water, if too thin add in more flour water. Heat till boiling again over medium heat. To the liquid removed noodles add in the remaing two pats of margarine. Spoon the chicken gravy over the noodles.
