  • 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. pre-softened dry shrimps, chopped
  • 2 x cm piece ginger, chopped
  • 1 pkt Maggi Sambal Goreng Paste
  • 250 gm minced, cooked boneless fish
  • 200 gm minced, cooked boneless chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. corn flour
  • 2 stalk finely cut spring onions
  • 1 x pepper to taste Oil for shallow frying
  • 4 x burger buns, halved and buttered Lettuce Sliced cucumber and tomatoes Fried potato chips (optional) Maggi tomato ketchup Maggi chilli sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil over low heat, stir-fry dry shrimps, ginger and Maggi paste for 3 to 5 min or possibly till aromatic. Remove from heat and allow to cold.
  2. Combine ingredients A. Blend in cooked Maggi paste.
  3. Divide mix into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty; flatten slightly.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry patties till done and lightly brown on both side; drain.
  5. On each half of buttered bun, place lettuce and tomato and cucumber slices.
  6. Top with patty and more tomato/cucumber slices, if you like.
  7. Sandwich with another half of buttered bun.
  8. Repeat process with remaining buns and patties.
  9. Serve immediately with Maggi sauces and potato chips.
  10. (Makes 4 burgers)
