Directions

  1. 1 lb of cubed chicken breast cooked through in 2-3 tbsp low sodium chicken broth.
  2. Add sliced onion
  3. 4 minched garlic cloves
  4. sliced red pepper
  5. 1/2 cup muir glen tomato puree
  6. bring to boil
  7. cover and simmer 15 minutes
  8. add chopped celery and one head of shredded cabbage
  9. simmer until cabbage is soft
