Directions

  1. Salt, pepper and dust chicken with flour. Saute/fry chicken in melted butter about 20 min. Add in minced almonds and saute/fry 5 min more, stirring to brown proportionately. Add in mushrooms and sherry. Turn heat low and slowly add in cream. Remove from heat as soon as cream is well mixed. Place in flat casserole and bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. Can be frzn before baking. Serves 4.
