Directions

  1. Add in two c. boiling water to cherry jello. Add in 2 c cool juices. (Add in sufficient cool water to make the 2 c of cool liquid.) Refrigeratetill syrupy.
  2. Hot cheese to room temperature. Mash well with fork. Add in finely minced nuts. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Set aside.
  3. Add in crushed pineapple and cherries to jelled mix. Pour into flat pan.
  4. Submerge cheese balls throughout mixure. Refrigerateand serve.
  5. I highly recommend this dish!
