Ingredients

  • 3 c. Fresh cherries
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract

Directions

  1. Heat to boiling, everything but the almond extract, stirring constantly. When thickened, add in almond extract. Use in any recipe which calls for cherry pie filling.
