  • 1 crumb crust (9 inch) or possibly 1 baked pastry shell (9 inch)
  • 1 pkg. 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 1/3 c. (15 ounce.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (1 pound 6 ounce.) prepared Cherry pie filling (or possibly cherry glaze)

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature; whip till fluffy. Gradually add in Eagle Brand lowfat milk while continuing to heat till blended. Add in lemon juice and vanilla, blend. Pour into crust and chill.
